What we collect

When you place an order with GrowLab, we collect the minimum information needed to process it:

Email address — used to send your order confirmation and payment instructions.
Profile or post URL — the public Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube link you provide so we can deliver your order.
Payment transaction ID — provided by your crypto wallet or payment processor, used to confirm and reconcile your payment.

We do not collect your name, address, phone number, or any other personal details unless you volunteer them in a support email.

How we use your data

Your data is used only to:

Process and fulfill your order.
Send you payment instructions and order receipt.
Handle refill requests under our drop guarantee.
Respond to support inquiries.

What we do NOT do

✅ We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
✅ We never ask for or store your social media passwords.
✅ We never store payment card numbers — we accept crypto only, so no card data ever touches our systems.
✅ We never use your email for newsletters or promotional messages unless you opt in.

Data retention

Order data (email, URL, transaction ID) is retained for 90 days from the date of order. After that, it is permanently deleted from our systems. If you request deletion earlier, email us at support@growlab.cc and we will process it promptly.

Cookies

GrowLab uses basic session cookies only — necessary for the site to function (e.g. maintaining your order form state). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics that identify you personally.

Third-party services

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, delivery networks) that may process your data on our behalf. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, or to request its deletion. Contact us at support@growlab.cc. We will respond within 5 business days.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. All communications with GrowLab are transmitted over HTTPS. Order data is stored in access-controlled environments.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of GrowLab after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
