GrowLab provides social media growth services for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — including followers, likes, views, comments, and livestream viewers. These services are intended for marketing and promotional purposes only.
Results may vary depending on platform algorithm changes, account activity, and other external factors. We do not guarantee specific engagement rates, viral reach, or monetisation outcomes beyond the delivery of the purchased quantity.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are the account owner or an authorised representative of the account being serviced.
If your account is made private after an order has begun, delivery may halt. No refund or refill will be issued in this case.
Packages explicitly marked with "Refill" or "Guaranteed" include a free refill if the delivered count drops below the purchased amount within the stated guarantee window.
To claim a refill:
Refill requests must be submitted within the guarantee window. Refills are not available for packages not listed as guaranteed, or if the drop was caused by actions on your account (e.g. going private, violating platform TOS).
GrowLab accepts cryptocurrency only (Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, and others indicated at checkout). After placing your order you will receive payment instructions by email.
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Confirmation times vary by currency and network.
All sales are final. We do not offer fiat refunds for orders that have been delivered.
If your order was not delivered due to an error on our part, contact support@growlab.cc with your order ID. We will investigate and, where appropriate, re-deliver or issue a credit for a future order.
You may not use GrowLab services for:
We reserve the right to cancel any order and block future orders from accounts in violation of these terms, without refund.
Social media platforms regularly update their policies. While GrowLab aims to use methods that minimise detection risk, we cannot guarantee that platforms will not take action against your account. Use our services at your own discretion.
GrowLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to account restrictions, lost revenue, or missed opportunities. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of GrowLab after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
